💳 How do I pay for my journey?
You can pay at the time of your booking, or pay to your driver directly at your destination. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
💰 Do I need to pay a deposit when booking my transfer?
There’s no deposit required to secure your booking — but at the time of booking, you do have the option to pay in full in advance. This can save time on the day of travel, as you won’t need to sit in the car processing payment upon arrival, and it also gives you added confidence that your journey is fully confirmed and scheduled.
If you prefer, you can still pay on the day of travel. Simply pay your driver directly using any major debit or credit card, or via contactless, whichever is more convenient for you.
📱 How do I make a booking?
Booking with Connect2Air is easy. Click the “Book Now” button on our website and enter your journey details. You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS once your booking is processed.
🧳 Will my driver meet me inside the airport?
Yes. Our drivers provide a meet & greet service. After monitoring your flight arrival, your driver will contact you and arrange to meet you in the arrivals hall and assist with your luggage.
⏱ What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
No need to worry — we track all major flights. If your flight is early or delayed, we’ll adjust your pickup time so your driver is there when you arrive.
🕒 Are you available 24/7?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including late-night and early-morning journeys.

- Boxing Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
👶 Do you provide child car seats and booster seats?
For safety reasons, we prefer that you bring your own child car seat. If you do, you can leave it with us after your outbound journey, and we will ensure it’s safely placed in the vehicle when we pick you up for your return trip from the airport. Please note that we charge a small fee for storing your child seat.

🧾 Do you offer corporate or business accounts?
Yes, we offer corporate credit accounts for regular business clients. These are available subject to credit checks and agreed payment terms. Please contact us for more information.
